60 day Return Policy (SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with Bioluma for any reason, simply request a refund on your order by contacting our Customer Care department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Requests must include an explanation of why you wish to return the product(s).You may return any unopened items purchased from us within 60 days of initial purchase. For any refunds requested after the 60 day mark of ordering, no refund will be issued. Upon contacting Company and requesting for refund on your order, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. After canceling your order, you may return unopend pack(s) of Bioluma, You must write the RMA number on the return packaging in order to avoid being billed for the product. Company will not refund or credit any shipping and handling charges for any Product that was shipped to you and items returned without an RMA number.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the returned pack(s) by latest 10 days past the 60 day mark in order for the refund to be deemed acceptable. The company shall bear no responsibility for packages that are lost in the mail during the return process and will not be responsible for refunding them. We recommend using a shipping carrier with tracking confirmation. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received with RMA number, a refund on your initial card or check will be issued within 30 days from receipt of returned pack(s) and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. It is your full responsibility to follow up with us once you have returned and order. We are not held accountable for any packs returned back to us that are lost. Your refund can only be processed to the same card to which the purchase was made with. Please note that it takes 7-10 business days for full processing and once we issue a refund it is no longer in our possession and therefore you must follow up directly with bank associated with the credit card.

There is a $10.00 handling fee for each pack returned.
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used. Opened Items are Non Refundable.
Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.
Products returned will be refunded based on pro rated amount and the amount of refund will depend on the package selected.
Example: If customer buys 3 pack auto order for $69, uses 1 bottle and returns 2 unopened bottles a refund in the amount of $69 divided by 3 = $23 per unit x 2 returns= $46 less ($10 restocking fee x2)= $26 will be refunded. Please allow up to 7 business days after we have received the returns for a full credit card refund or check to be mailed out.

3. To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back Product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
